Description:
$65 billion USD worth of art was sold last year, yet 95% of artists can’t make a living. What happened, and how did we get here? This punchy, provocative, and powerful small show explores capitalist realism and its suffocating effects on imagination, creativity, and hope. Inspired by the writings of Mark Fisher, the show features fascinating artists from the UK, NZ, Australia and the USA. Drive, cycle, or jump on a bus (9, 22, X37) to this beautiful new Wasps arts venue in the old Granton Station: 1 Granton Square, EH51FU.
