Dive into the world of 1970 Vietnam politics and the infamous May 4th shooting at Kent State University, an act of governmental violence perpetrated by a troop of National Guardsmen against peaceful protesters. Devised and performed by students from Kent State University, A Nation Divided explores the connections between the political and social tensions of the 1970s and our fraught and combative world of today. Can we learn from the past and, together, make change in today’s divisive world of 2026?
